02. Project Assesment
Our team assessment process and project evaluation methodology takes into account both the technical requirements and the work philosophy constraints. This way, we match clients and companies that share a similar work ethic and procedures.
03. Supplier Presentation
Upon completing your project assessment, we will start the matchmaking process and return with 3 Suppliers in maximum 1 Week.
04. Supplier Selection
We will provide all requested info about our presented suppliers (company and team descriptions, arguments pro and con), organize conference calls so you personally meet the suppliers’ management and their technical teams. We will act as your local representative and help you to choose the best option.
Our project-centric account managers will be there to further facilitate the smooth collaboration between you and your selected technical team. Our dedicated account manager will set and track monthly and quarterly milestones to protect the project from delays and any other miscommunication issues or reporting failures.
06. Starting the project
In a maximum of 2 Months since our matchmaking process, the technical team will start working on your project. Prevention, accountability and sustainability are key. Through monthly evaluations we spot potential problems before they become serious threats. Our Quarterly Reports are as much about the status of the project as they are about the relationships between teams.
